Topic: RE: question
I had bone density test that shows I have osteoprosis in neck, spine, hip. my blood test shows serum tests shows minerals, finally someone did a taste test mineral & showed lacking & suggested spectracell as they go by white blood cells, it shows absorbtion. I do not want to do reg rx for osteoprosis as i do not want ulcers & not absorbing well, my hormones still out of whack & on bio identical progesterone cream , which needs saliva test, i cant pay for. i want a natural route to save my bones & poss improve that others that had ryn had success with, any suggestions? i do not have a phone# for vitalady as i heard she knows stuff. thanks so much for any info from all. i am only 40 & need help but dr's seem to not help...seen 4...now saying endo or rheum dr...i am broke ...this is only place i know to turn for suggestions .....what & if others had osterprosis & what worked for them...thanks again for any suggestions...

Ask them for a referral. A good place to meet others will be at the Walk From Obesity on October 30. You are welcome to join my team Jody's Fresh Starters, or walk on your own.
You can meet lots of people there and find out about the docs in the area.

Dr Myers of Fresh Start Bariatrics was my surgeon. His hospital is Riverside Methodist and is a bariatric center of excellence. He has Nuts, a Psych, and physician on staff so all of your pre-op testing can be done in one day. They have a monthly support group, and you get a 3 month membership to a top rehab facility along with 10 personal training sessions.
