Erica, TVP is pretty versatile. I use it dry as a replacement for breadcrumbs in meatloaf, meatballs and the such. You can also add maybe 1/4 cut to a chili or soup to thicken and give more protein.  -- Tom

Has anybody ever had band after RNY?

Two friends from work had their surgeries done there and have done very well. Didn't hear any complaints from them about the program.
