I just thought that exact question too- no sugar what does it mean - ok Karen I wanna know what do you eat-
Ok so like yogurt mine has 4 grams of sugar -but it is no sugar added so the sugar is from the fruit does that mean you dont do any sugar - milk products - do you eat fruit ?
 
Please do tell I am intrigued as I do eat some sugar that will be in things my rule has been under 5 grams per meal so I need to know the Karen size 4 boyfriend jeans food rules- please share!

 No ADDED sugar.  Limited fruit (mostly melon and only one slice of pineapple) , no refined sugar, no sweets.  My yogurt has "sugar" too... but it's fat free, no sugar added.  I drink milk for sure.  But it's a natual sugar. I just don't test any waters with sugar.  I don't buy SF candy, or anything like that.  My main ingredient in anything I eat is protein.  Oh, and no honey, etc.  I just eat mainly protein and veggies, some carbs.  I don't count anymore, just eat what I'm in the habit of eating. lol

 Good for you,  i made my first mistake and thad a taste of my sons birthday cake.  So since then I once in a while have a sliver.  Other than that I use SF candy here or there.  I like honey with peanut butter once in a while.  other than that i stick to protein too, fruit, all kinds and love vegetable to much on.
 
 I wouldn't recognize you either, I'm sure. LOL

 If something has fake sugar in it (i.e. Crystal Light) I'll eat it.  I don't add it to anything tho, because since surgery I can't stand anything sweet.
