Help! My gallbladder is gonna get me!

I am also having the pains and I was at ER on Wednesday evening and back Thursday morning. spent 10 hours in ER.  They said I have gallstones and the gallbladder should probably come out.  I can't see a surgeon from the bariatric clinic at St. Joes 3 weeks cause they are on holiday.  If any concerns or problems they say go to ER.  ER sent me home with codeine and said to come back if pain is constant which it hasn't stopped.  I had xrays, bloodwork,  and ultrasound done on Wed and Thurs when I was there and everything was ok except gallstones.  I am thinking about going back to ER today as pain is crazy but they will probably send me home again.  They never even let me see a Gastro doc yet.
