water vs protein question
Just a quick question:
If you put protein powder in your water....does it count towards your daily water intake or are you counting it as protein?
For example:
I put a half scoop of protein powder in my 32 oz glass of water. It gives it a very slight strawberry flavour and adds about 14g of protein once I have drank all 32 ozs.
Can I say I had 32 oz of water and 14 g of protein or does the water not really count since it was basically a really watered down protein drink?

I find most of them gross. LOL I just used them early out as nourishment and choked them back. I found the milky ones mixed with water disgusting but bearable mixed with milk. I tried a few of the clear water based ones and they were better but still not great. Look at them as nourishment and nothing more and you will be able to do it. I figure I stuffed back lots of disgusting stuff in all the years of overeating that I could suck back anything that I had to for my health. LOL
