Who are the veterans?

i don't feel like I'll ever be a vet, of course, I'm 39 and don't feel I'll ever really be grown up, either.

scoffed at?  jumped on?  it really doesn't matter...here's the exact quote.

"How is someone who is 6 months out considered a "vet" exactly?  No offense intended, but seriously."

Didn't exactly sound like a question at all.....you made me feel badly and my first instinct was to leave the forum but I decided to speak up to the bully.  I've read your postings and sometimes you are a bit rough around the edges.  I don't think that is your intent, but you do hurt people.

I'm sorry that you felt badly.  That wasn't my intention.  Rough around the edges?  Sure, sometimes.  A bully?  Not.  I do, however, speak my mind.  I am also the biggest supporter, cheerleader and encourager of anyone who needs help, an ear, or a shoulder.  Take the good with the bad, I guess.  Or avoid.  It's everyone's choice.

Since I wrote the policy for my workplace on Bullying and Harassment, I will share with you the definition:    
Bullying is repeated aggression – verbal, psychological or physical – conducted by an individual or group against others over a period of time. It is an abuse of power and is the breaking down of a person.
