I made eggface bites today

Really, it's just crustless quiche.  Saute whatever your non-egg ingredients are to soften them up (i.e onions), mix with 5 eggs - this amount makes 24 mini quiches.  Cook at 350 for 25-30 minutes.  You can freeze them as well.  They really are a great little snack, or breakfast, or whatever.  Add a salad or veggies and you've got lunch.

Thanks (M)...I am familiar with her website..but I am not much of a cook...so I rareyt try out recipies...sounds delicious...and I will give it a try.
