Hi all need to know if I can have Del Monte real fruit no sugar added and no artifical colours frozen real fruit. Sent hubby out to get sugar free popsicles and he came home with this. He said it was all he could find. I am on optifast and don't want to mess up. What brand and kind do I need and where do I get it from. Thanks all Joyce

I wasn't allowed those ones on Opti as they have real fruit in them. I bought the popsicle brand NSA ones.

Are they these ones Joyce? If so , these are the ones my centre said to avoid but yours may let you.

If you can't find sugar free popsicles.... you can always get the sugar free freezies... they may be easier to find.

Or make your own if you have popsicle molds (or even ice cube trays work...or pick some up at the dollar store if they carry them at this time of year). Mix one pkg of sugar free jello and three little sleeves of crystal light with two cups of water and freeze. I have tried about four different flavour combinations and they have all been yummy...and my daughter loves them too.

If you go to the Chapman website you can enter what product you are looking for and your postal code and they list the store in your area that they sell to.
