Hey Brenda,

I did my orientation at TWH in the spring. Before we left the meeting room we were each given a print out of our next two appts. Actually I should qualify that. Everyone who was doing their appts in person at TWH were given appt times. I'm not sure about those who were doing teleconferencing appt due to geography. It seemed they may have had an extra step.
