I just received a call from the customer service rep (Bridgitte).
She will look into the problem and let me know if they can find any information as to why we are all experiencing this problem with their product. I found out that the submit button on their website would work but only if you call it a comment and not a complaint. In the meantime she is mailing me a coupon (s?) for free replacement product. I will try it again when I get the coupon.

Kinda hilarious that they'll let you send a comment but not a complaint, actually. LOL
