Quick Poll: WWYC?? (What Would You Choose?)
Looking at the menu, the only thing I could eat is the steak. At my company holiday party I had 1/2 the steak & took the rest home. But everyone knows I had the surgery so they weren't surprised.
Good luck. Not an easy choice but do what's best for you and your pouch and never mind what others will think or say.

I would order from the snack menu and get either the fruit and cheese platter, or the dry ribs. From the luch menu, I would choose one of the wraps, open it up, and eat just the insides (maybe pick at the wraps). If there is a sandwhich that looks good, I bet you could get it was a wrap too, or just eat the insides with out the bun, saying that you are eating low carb, and since that is pretty common these days, no one would question it.

The salad looks good the beef one and the salmon one.
You can ask for balsamic vinaigrette instead of the other if you are concerned about sugar.
With dressing on the side, the leftovers won't get soggy.
Chew raw veggies thorougly though.
The simple burger with coleslaw might be good, no bun..
And the snack platter suggested is a good idea too.
Order water to avoid weird looks from staff.
You could always bring a guest -Chris- *ahem* to share a plate!

I see on the menu that there is a lobster tail "add-on" for the steaks. If you like lobster, why not ask if you can have that as a main di****'s only 4oz. and you could ask if you could have steamed vegetables or garden salad on the side. More upscale places like Prime360 are more than willing to accommodate and provide combos of things that are not put together on the menu. No harm in asking!
Edited to add: There is also a shrimp ****tail on the Soups and Snacks menu. You could do that with a side salad as well.

I find that these days I am loving soups - but they can be a bit iffy, if they're creamy - and they often are.
So my two choices would be
