I am on day 14..... not so bad at all!!! I agree that the vanilla needs a little something.... but the choc is nummy by itself.

Congratulations!
I liked the chocolate opti right away as well. After the first two days of being excited to be started I found days 3-5 to be challenging just from being light-headed and sluggish from the lack of calories. Hopefully you won't have the same issue but even so, it was absolutely easy to get through if you keep your mind on the surgery.
Enjoy this time to prepare for surgery and I wish you all the best!

Good for you. Someone once told me that you tend to appreciate things more when they dont come so easily. Its a challenge, but so very worth every second of this. I already know that I will permanently change my eating habits. I have never before looked so forward to eating salad then i am right now. I think you are going to do just great.
