Brenda, that's wonderful news. You are such a wonderful person and I'm glad to hear you talked the doctor down to two weeks of Optifast. I was originally scheduled for 4 weeks of opti - but a surgery cancellation came up, and I only did 10 days - so I am sure you will be just fine!
