pre assessment testing (don't know what the other T is) its some bloodwork, ecg, meet wiht the nurse, the anaesthetist. Its usually a long day, waiting around the waiting room.

I know we should try to get of the carbonated beverages but I used to love chocolate optifast in the blender with diet gingerale.

Thanks for the support. I'm surprised how good I'm doing with it because I tend to gag on my mental stoppers, like something I should take but don't want too. lol
