OT question for Mississauga folks
So my son just got a job in Milton!!!! He is so excited!!!
I am sad and excited because he has been gone for 2 years at college in North Bay, he only came back in May and now he is moving out to go and start on his career. I feel a bit old and will miss him terribly....
BUT....more importantly, this is a good thing for him. I know he will be great....IF HE CAN FIND A PLACE TO LIVE!!!
He starts on the 10th!! I dont know the area at all! He is looking for a bachelor or 1 bedroom, or a room mate....he can afford up to about $700 a month give or take.
Is there anyone in the area who might be able to help me out with locations to look for, have a friend or know someone looking for a roomate...etc?
Any help would be appreciated!! Thanks so much!!!
(and maybe when I go visit him, I can drop in on one of your Mississauga coffee nights!!!)

Yes he does drive, but would prefer not to drive too far. He has my old jeep which costs an arm and a leg in gas!! He also has a motorcycle.
I have found quite a few places for around $700 in Milton, 7 minutes away from where he'll be working. Just dont really know what the area is like...yanno??
