Like others have said, set a routine for yourself.  It really does work! I think you'll be just fine - enjoy some "you" time each day too. :)

well... it's weird, isnt it, how your fitness routine is one of the most important things to you, at this stage. Weird, but good.

Other people have given good suggestions, i hope that you will find a way of structuring yourself. (a well made bed is something nice, isnt it?)

LOL. I was thinking the same thing. I would love to work from home, but would be afraid i'd get lazy!!

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

Hi Sirene,

Are there any other SAHMs in your area?  Or someone who might be on shift work? Maybe you could get a running buddy with one of them, then you both of you could run together.  Make a daily date to go out together to run.  I know it's easier for me to do something when I'm going with someone.

 I know other SAHM who walk etc when kids at school.  

I could never be a SAHM.  (1) no kids (2) I hate housework.

well Day 1 didn't go too well and Day 2 isn't looking so good either. I left a job that gave me no purpose in life, to stay home and have even less purpose!!!

I need to find my purpose.

Working on it...

and thanks for the suggestions....I will be going through each one of them when I am trying to roll my ass out of bed in the morning! Hopefully one of them will work!
