Flu, anyone?!

I am so sick and tired of being sick! This darned flu is ripping through my household for the second time in a month. This second round has brought with it a fever and cough. Enough already! Odd to say, but I don't remember getting sick like this when I was heavier. Coincidence? Should I have some cheese with my whine?

Had RNY surgery July 22/11, St. Joe's Hamilton, with the awesome Dr. Scott Gmora. Had abdominoplasty August 2/13, Scarborough, with equally awesome Dr. Michael Kreidstein.

hope you all start to feel better soon. i've noticed the opposite, was always sick before but not that much since surgery...knock on wood lol

Unfortunately no flu shots yet. Was planning on getting one, then got sick. Go figure!

That's too bad, though the vaccine doesn't guard against all flus, just the ones the docs think will be most prevalent. Lots of fluids and rest, the new Pixar 'Brave' and 'Spiderman' are new to DVD this week! Also on Global tonight the newish Sherlock series is on and then the action/navy one called 'Last Resort' is on.

Aw, big hugz, with mask on and lots of hand sanitizer before and after and no deep breathing, LOL! Get better Meggie Muffin! OK, that's what I call my daughter Megan! That or Meggie or Megs or Walter (don`t know where I got that from?).
