How Long??

I'm new here. Had my group orientation in Ottawa on August 17th 2012. My appt with the nurse is booked for December 10th 2012. How long should I expect the 'wheels to turn' till my glorious day? I'm so excited!!!

I had orientation in ottawa last jan. am meeting surgeon in dec which is last step before pre-op and hopefully surgery in jan 2013
