OT-will the job be mine?

Posting for a job in my school just closed, so today I will be on pins and needles hoping that I am the most senior applicant. This promotion would put me in charge of the school office, and comes with a substantial raise, which is great as I am entering my last 5 years pension-wise. But often someone will apply from where you least expect it, so am trying to prepare for,disappointment. Can't sleep!

also, wishing good luck and sportsmanship to our high school football team playing in the Northern Bowl this morning. Go Trojans!

Had RNY surgery July 22/11, St. Joe's Hamilton, with the awesome Dr. Scott Gmora. Had abdominoplasty August 2/13, Scarborough, with equally awesome Dr. Michael Kreidstein.

My dad coached and taught at Churchill for 37 years....my brothers Middle name is Troy John...say it fast!! Lol Mr. Carlson was a legend in his own mind but a legend in my eyes for sure...good luck on the job!

That's cute!!! I didn't know Mr. Carlson - I've been here for 7 years, and was elementary and Board Office before that - total 23 years!

He was the head of the science dept. Passed away almost 4 years ago. Retired at 55 so was out of there 16 ish years ago. I always loved the christmas parties! The gym was super fun to play in!! Lol. I am sure there is a picture or 2 of him in a football picture somewhere. He coached JR. Forever....and ever...lol. My mom taught as well but in PA.

Been gone from Thunder Bay for yikes! 16 years, gosh I am getting old!!
