It is all trial and error on the doctor`s part, why not just figure it out for yourself?

1 x 30 minutes has the same health benefits as 3 x 10 minutes.

What about swimming (accompanied).  Even walking through the heavy water moves your muscles more.

It`s about movement.

I don`t believe in strenuous exercise, I believe in moderate exercise repeated regularly
