Looking at apps on my phone, searching for the best one to use to track food intake (calories, protein etc) and exercise. My phone is always with me, therefore no need to try to remember what I did! Thanks for the help, happy Monday!!!

Some of the more popular ones I hear people talk about are: Fitday, MyfitnessPal, Sparks People. For some reason, I prefer to keep a handwritten journal that I keep in my purse.  I use the Calorie King app to search for foods that I don't have a nutritional label for.

I find myfitnesspal.com the best one. I like the community on there, and their foods often have Canadian versions. I wasn't a fan of spark people, but I know people who use it. I also hook up MFP to my Fit***** (Fitbit...it's a fancy pedometre)

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

i like MFP, but i find the phone app a bit fiddly. (i have a blackberry). I used to use livestrong, the myplate app, but that was fiddly for my bberry too.

I absoluty LOOOOOOVE MyNetDiary. It has a amazing database plus you can contribute your own information as well. Its one of the few Apps that I actually paid for and can honestly say it was money well spent.
