CRAZY Trans-Canada Challenge: Time to post your weekly mileage
For Team A:
From Feb 4 - Feb , 10, I logged 31.9 miles (51 KM). My switch to the running program/yoga has reduced my overall mileage (vs. walking 45 mins each day), but I am enjoying it!.

Starting Weight - 320 lbs * Current Weight - 178 lbs * Goal Weight - 165 lbs

15k for me. Another few weeks of low mileage from me, Team C!
Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
Still in a bit of a winter slump, but I did better this week than last.
27 km for Team CU L8R.
I really have to go get a pedometer!
