Help- multi vitamin

I had the O'Purity chewables and didn`t like them, nor the Shoppers Brand of chewables.  What I ended up doing is cutting the chewable up with a pill splitter, since we could swallow pills the size of M&M`s.  That is what got me through this stage until I could swallow regular multis at about 3 months out.

I am not going to preach as I have done that many times regarding this submject..I buy only Bariatric Advantage Multi vitamins that are specifically formulated for people who have had this surgery...

 

I am not a cookie cutter person...like the other millions that take an over the counter vitamin..

prior to surgery 323lbs....4 years post-op maintaining between 108- 114 lb loss. 

life is AMAZING when you continue on the right path~!.  Use your surgeons gift to the fullest~!

I went with liquid. I think it's Walpole brand. (Same one they gave us at the Civic)It doesn't have iron, so I take a separate iron supplement.
