P28 bread - where has it gone?

I used to find a small quantity of it at various Metro stores along with P28 bagels. For the last several weeks I've been checking at least half a dozen stores and its always out of stock. I ask employees when it will be back in stock and they haven't a clue what I'm talking about. Has anyone picked some up lately?

 

I haven't purchased it in over a year [don't really care for it] but try calling the company.  Maybe their regional sales reps don't know that stores are out of stock.

I asked my Metro store as well. The bakery manager said they were no longer able to get it. As far as I know Metro was the only place in Ontario to get it.

I really liked it as well. An easy way to get 14gm of protein as well as satisfy the bread/toast craving.

If I hear anything I will let you know.

Thanks. It was the only bread I seem to tolerate. I need it toasted as untoasted is quite painful 

I emailed the company and here is the response. Good news, it should be back soon.

I apologize for your inconvenience for not being able to find the P28 at Metro Foods. It will hopefully be back in stock in the next month. I'm not sure what part of the city you live in but you can order the P28 directly from fitshop.ca and they will deliver direct to your home. They have different bundle packages for you to choose from. They carry the Bread, Bagels and Flats which are really good.
