Shingles

Hey Mandy, nice to see you! Sorry you're not doing so great right now, but this too shall pass, including the hair loss thing. My hair fell out for quite a while, so that's normal. Even now, I think it comes out a little more than it used to in my brush, a year and a half after surgery, but the major hair loss is now gone, and my hair has become thicker again.

Drag about the vitamin absorption, though. That's one way that I'm lucky - I haven't had much problem with vitamins, even though I do sometimes forget to take them. Hope you can get your levels up again soon so you'll have more energy.

Congrats on the 90 lbs though - that's great!
