BMI

I started out at a BMI of about 55 and today after losing 147.5 pounds, I am 29.3!!   From super morbidly obese to just plain overweight.   YEH for me.  Never thought I would be happy to say I was "overweight".           Julia

Good job Julia!!!  It is such a wonderful feeling to read with your own eyes what your BMI is.  You have done a great job and still losing as well!!   Keep up the good work for you will be at goal in no time,  I will soon see you there. Chrisy

Thanks Linda,  I will drink to that!    You might want to try Target brand--they have a strawberry lemonade in individual packages and I really like it.  I pick some up every time I come to Eugene.  Hope you are feeling better.  Julia

I'll check that out Julia.  Strawberry lemonade sounds great.  My back is actually getting worse.  I will have an MRI this coming week and may need to go and get an injection in my discs.  After running out of pain meds yesterday, they switched me to percocet today.  I'm a whole lot more comfortable, but I would rather be up and doing things instead of lying here being loopy!  Hopefully, we'll get this taken care of soon.
