Happy New Year !!!! Hope everyone had a great holiday. Welcome to the new year and our 2010 support group meetings.

Our first meeting of the year is already upon us, Wednesday Jan. 6th at 6pm in the Com building, birthing center building. Support group meeting room.

It is extra. Its the support group on top of the gym. You do not have to be a member at the gym to be in the group. It was an awesome class with tons of information and support!!!

I went to a seminar in medford but I picked Bay Bariatrics in Coos Bay. Robin has been excellent to work with and now I am just waiting for BCBS fed. to approve my surgery. I live in Klamath Falls but my inlaws live in Coos bay and can take care of me while I heal.....
