Hi Everyone
Here it is the end of the year already. Our last meeting of 2009, Wednesday Dec. 16th, 6pm. In Building D, Birthing center building, in the back hallway in the Support Group Room.
I'm hoping to share some eating tips for the holidays and how to get through the tough times, when you want to share in the holidays.
