Wednesday's Food Plan

Back on track day 2. I got up early this morning and jogged 2 miles and did some other random activities. I found this bottled water called Hin****ermellon flavored. Zero sugars. Zero calories and no artificial sweeteners. This stuff is BOMB and you can get it at sheetz.
PreB-7:00am- protein shake
B-9:30- Jimmy dean breakfast delight sammich
L-12:00- salad blend, grilled herb chicken, red wine vinegarette
S1-3:00- Fage with peaches and splenda
S2-6:00- 2oz diced chicken left from lunch and string cheese
D-8:00- old bay shrimp and broccoi with cheese
S-sugar free short bread cookies
PreB-7:00am- protein shake

Hi,
Can't say I am doing great today with food. Nerves for the pending surgery is getting the better of me. I haven't had much to eat, but still have the rest of the day to do a bit better.
I had 2 cups of coffee and a small salad without dressing so far. A little bit of turkey in there.
I am planning to have chicken, onion and egg beaters for dinner.
Snack piece of cheese, pudding, SF ice pops.
