Tuesday "working off the beer" exercise thread
For the past 3 weeks I have climbed 2 flights of stairs more times than I can count, Cleaned 3 floor levels , painted 6 rooms, packed and moved apx. 38 boxex of books and cleaned/sorted and threw out junk in prep for tomorrow's move to my new home, a 3 story duplex. As my current home is a ranch, those old fashioned spiral staircases have been a challenge. 2 more rounds of radiation therapy, tomorrow and Thur and the bulk of my breast cancer therapy will be completed. I look forward to regaining a normal energy level so I can resume a regular exercise routine. My nordic track and total gym are set up on the 3rd floor just waiting for some action. As always, Norman, you are an inspiration to us all!
So Norm, how many beers are we talking and how DO you do it?? I take 3 sips off the hubby's and I blow up like a helium balloon and have more pain then I've ever had "dumping". I could curl up in a ball if bending forward didn't hurt so much. I seriously believe there's something not right inside me. It really doesn't bother you??

I had every intention of going to the gym tonight after I picked Siehara up from Bounce U.
When I got there, she was practically in tears. Her throat her, her head hurt, she was all over miserable.
Took her to the doctor and she was diagnosed with a sinus infection. Just got home. I'm going to try to get some relaxing yoga in before bed.
