at last a forum for us! it really is about time. i had my surgery on 11/4/03, hand have had a hard time finding support from someone of a similiar spirituality--thanks for this board

Hello Heather! I hardly ever check this board because it's alway blank! I know how you feel, I am a regular on the Texas Board and I never discuss my spirituality. I really don't know why because everyone is really nice and I am sure they would be understanding. It's just that being raised in the Texas section of the Bible Belt has been quite the experience. So you are a new post-op, huh? How are you doing? I am pre-op and waiting to hear from Texas Rehabilitation Commission for approval. Well, hope to talk to you again. Shelly
