question spirit/tarot

I heard somewhere that poeple can invite negative (and positive spirits) into ones home by opening a door- unintenionally by uses things such as ouiji boards, calling spirits, etc. Would using tarot cards do this?

I've used cards for many years and haven't had a problem yet. Do you cast a circle before you read cards or using a board? BB, Barbara

Well I have heard of that concerning ouiji and outright calling of spirits or energies but not while using tarot. At least traditional tarot. I have heard of spirit cards that are like tarot but more like Ouiji. Anyways, as already mentioned, always cast a protective circle just to be on the safe side for you and the person you are reading for and always be respectful and you will be fine. HTH!
