CONGRATS on the no smoking!!! I also quit about 5 and a half weeks ago. Let's stick together and keep away from that evil evil nicotine demon! I've been pretty craving free too. Something in me just snapped and I didn't want to smoke anymore. I had no intention of quitting. This has been my year to get my health together I suppose!

THANK YOU FOR THE CORECTION. I WAS SO OUT OF IT. HOW HAVE YOU BEEN I HAVE BEEN HOME FOR A FEW WEEKS NOW. AND MY NEICE HAS BEEN COMMING OVER ON WEEKENDS AND HELPING. I CAME HOME TO A REALY BAD SEEN. THE GUY THAT WAS SUPOSED TO BE MY AID AND HELP ME WITH EVERYTHING. LEFT HIS DOG AND 4 PUPPYS IN THE HOUSE. THE HOLE TIME I WAS IN HOSPITAL. MY MOM DAD AND BROTHER HAVE BEEN TRYING TO MAKE UP FOR IT. AND CLEAN. THE AID VIC HAS NOT EVEN SHOWN HIS FACE AROUND HERE SO I CAN KICK HIM OUT. ALL HIS STUFF WE HAVE TOGETHER SO FAR IS SITTING ON THE FRONT PORCH. BUT KARMA HAS ALREADY STARTED ON HIM. WHEN HE WAS AT HOSPITAL WITH ME. HIS CAR WAS STOLEN. AND THEY MESSED UP THE TIRE. THEN THREE DAYS LATTER HE HAD ANOTHER TIRE DO THE SAME THING. NOT SURE WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO TO GET A TIRE TO WELD ITS SELF TO CAR. BUT THE THIRD ONE IS THE CHARM. SORRY VENTED KNOW HOW IS YOUR SURGERY GOING. HAVE YOU GOTEN OVER ANY MAJORE LEEPS AND BOUNDS. I HAVE A PHYSICALE THERAPIST THAT IS COMMING BY THREE DAYS A WEEK. I WALKED 100 FEET WENSDAY OUT SIDE WITH MY WALKER. BUT SHE IS STILL WORRIED ABOUT THE STITCHES THAT KEEP COMMING OPEN. THE ONLY PLACES THAT ARE COMMING OPEN ARE WHERE THERE IS STITCHES UNDERNEATH. BUT THE WHOLE THEY HAD THE GI TUB IN IS ALL HEALED UP. GO FIGURE THAT ONE OUT. HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO GET TO A SCALE SENSE 23LBS. HOPE TO HAVE LOST A LOT MORE. I HAVE HAD TO STOP WARRING SOME OF MY BIG CLOTHS. BECAUSE THEY FALL OFF AND ARE VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. INCHES ARE ALWAYS BETTER THAN POUNDS ANYWAY. WELL HOPE I HAVENT DROVE YOU NUTS. SEEMS LIKE WE ARE THE ONLY ONE'S ON THIS SIGHT. NEVER HEAR FROM ANYONE ELSE. YOU TAKE CARE AND THANKS FOR CORECTION. well its been three weeks i cant swimm wich is the only kinda excersise i can do with all my other problems. and i have tryed doing what my family pushed me to do. and know i have two open places where my staples where. open and i can see kinda deep down there. you know what doc said see ya in two months. so i am leaving up to geia and hecitay. i feel like my surgery was blessed because it was a fool moon. and hecitay watched over me tell i was in icu and they had taken the tub out of my throught. ( thats what family said). tommorow is the winter solstice. and may all your spells wants and wish's come true. may the goddess watch over you like she has been me and you will all be blessed beond beleaf. Greetings Angela, I'm happy to know you are post-op and doing well. My date is coming up fast. Just 27 days to go. Do you have a list of things you want to do after or as the weight comes off? I have a number of things I want to accomplish, like tying my own shoes and shopping with out the ride on cart. And the list goes on. LOL I know what you meen about messing with the mystic, whoe baby, you got to be careful what you ask for. You just might get it before your prepared, Yea, wouldn't it be great if we did meet someday. Right now we are a long way apart, I am in Maine. But I will be closer this winter. My husband and I are going to spend a couple months in Arkansas with his family. Being on your own can be soooo liberating. In 1997 I took off 120 lbs. and I felt like I had been unchained and I could do so many things. I had forgotten how wongerful it feels to get up out of a chair with out having to push myself up or have some one give me a hand. Sadly I regained 70 lbs.
