wow. thats insane!

I am sitting here trying not to pull my hair out of my head.   After our bumps in the road last week with the windows...we thought we were done with all the issues and ready to close on the house this week.   Well, last night at about 9pm...my husband gets an email from our banker.  She's telling him that it doesn't look like we'll be able to close this Friday and that it'll have to be next week sometime.  Ummmmm noooooooooooo!   I wouldn't worry so much but I work from home and my phone and internet are set to be shut off on Thursday and turned on at the new address on Monday.   I have to be at the new house in order for it to be hooked up and I'm supposed to work Monday once it's hooked up.   I got a call from our IT people saying if Monday wouldn't be good then if I needed to reschedule it would take up to 3 wks to do so.  This was last week...i called them back and said, yes I'll be there.   On top of that my husband and I each took some vacation time for Fri and each of us 2 days next week.  I will probably be able to switch mine if the calendar isn't full but my husband can't change his.   Once he takes a day off and the schedule goes out he's off.   He has to have someone come in and fill his place while he's out.   He can't very well say...ohh sorry you can't work today I'm here.  I will be calling both the realtor and our banker today Arrrrrgggghhhhh!
Anyway, other than that we had a pretty good evening last night.  I'm now wishing I had gotten to bed a bit earlier though LOL.

The volcano keeps erupting up here, so flights in & out of Alaska are interrupted & lots of people are either stranded here, or Seattle, among other cities. 

Michelle, we are getting snow here as well.  Winter just wants to keep hanging on.....  UGGHHH
Oh well, we had spring here last week, ha ha ha ha ha!!

Howdy all!  How was your weekend?  Ours was pretty good.  Soccer was cancelled due to the rain so we had lots of time to chill out & relax.  Got one child home sick today and one off at school.  Not much planned today/tonite so we will see how it all goes.  Hoping to hear from our realtor today, so please send us positive vibes.  Hope you all have a great one!!!

I would say go for it.  Quality of life is so important.  You are right an education will help you in so many areas that will make your's and Jordan's life so much better.  Being younger he probably won't even remember that many of the details of it.  Plan it out and do it little by little if you have too.
