Mecklenburg County

I am an employee for Mecklenburg County who has an exclusion policy in our insurance with Unitedhealth Care EPO stating..."Surigical and non-surgical Q. All other Exclusions 9. Surgical and non-surgical treatment of obesity, including morbid obesity. Is not covered. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I live in Louisiana as an AD RN. You don't make any more money with a BSN here unless you just get a different type of job, like management maybe. I make 30.00 an hour PRN, made 21.00 an hour as a staff nurse before that with 2 years experience.
