Paradise?
Icy winds blow across the land,
My eyes search for your giving hand,
In dreams I see you standing tall,
In light I see you stumble and fall,
Blood stained tears fall from my eyes,
As I am told there is no paradise,
Icy winds blow across the land,
Giving father time the chance to stand,
And I am reminded,
Time stands still for no woman or man,
Again I search for your giving hand,
In times of despair I yearn for you,
Yet I am denied the simple joys of life,
For there are in times like these,
No paradise.

Topic: my poem to my spouse i think it is cute...with love
Trials of Being A Wife
..............I have to take a few steps back to analyze my life
to think about the trials I've lived with .. just being your wife
I live in this world , just day to day and breathe every chance i get
sometimes I feel I don't know you and I think .. Damn have we just met?
..............It's true to say I am alone atleast in my thought process anyways
For i sit in solitude dealing with your kids for all the nights and the days
Instead of saying " how are you and did you have a nice day" I get most
"yeah whatevers and **** You's anyway!"
So is that nice? I don't think so .
......But I'm not mad I won't go.
......I will do what i always do
Smile , be merry and go about life
living trials and errors
Hell .... just being your Wife!!!
