i am on lo estrin but had a breakthrough - i got my date for surgery too feb 18 - so im sure 2 weeks b4 i have to stop the pill and i know i am going in there bleeding and severe cramping - i just dont know what to do anymore :( how did you ddeal with it? did you have severe pain too - has it gotten better since surgery!

hello...its been a while...but since my last post, i saw a bariatric surgeon, had my blood work done, did the ultra sound, but they found out i had gallstones. i had the surgery to get them removed 2 weeks ago. The insurance then requested a clearance from a cardiologist and i did it last week. Now im waiting for the surgery aproval...and so anxiouse!!! oh btw my pcm screwed up the inital letter that was supposed to go to the insurance. She did not list that i had pcos or anything. i really dont know what my chances are right now.

I am on the list to get gastric by pass - I have pcos which is driving me insane - i have very bad periods with bad crampings where i am sent to emerg screaming for druggs - i was told i have very thick lining around my uterus but yet i do not have endo metriosos - now i have a break through bleeding whre dbling up on my pills dont work for me anymore. I was told i have to stop taking the pill 4 weeks before my surgery - i do not know what to do - the amount of pain i am in - the amount of blood i am losing - it just wont stop - 2 yrs ago i bled for 4 mth straight and it finally stopped after they found they found lo estrin which is what i am on now and it just osnt working anymore. Did this happen to anyone who is in my shoes!!! Please help - i do not know whatelse to do!

I am not on fertility meds. I was a few years ago, doin the clomid, metformin, provera thing. The most recent I was just on Vitex. But I stopped taking the vitex a week ago. I thought it was helping regulate my cycles but it wasn't. I think I had even taken for 6 months. I started up 2,500mg of Metformin a few weeks ago. And since I have gained a crap load of weight I am doing hcg. Just started injections yesterday. yeah I had gastric bypass, and I gained weight back. And this is how I'm trying to take care of it. I gained ooooh like 70lbs. Praying this will help me learn that I can eat healthy. I guess I took advantage of gastric bypass. Biggest mistake I ever made in my life letting myself gain some of this weight back.
