New here... love quilting

Hey y'all, I'm Michelle. On the quilting subject: I've been quiltling for about 3 years now. I have recently started designing my own quilts. On the subject of surgery I am right now waiting for my date, hopefully I will be getting it in July or August. Your quilt is really nice. I've been quilting off and on for about 15 years. Right now I'm working on a Tshirt quilt (of course, it's not the ONLY thing I'm working on, I always have at least 4 or 5 projects going). I had my surgery on March 28 and I'm down 44 pounds. I planned to make a quilt out of my "fat" clothes, but now I'm not so sure. I really want to just get rid of them. Welcome to the website and good luck in your journey. Cheryl
