One step closer

Well, one step closer after yesterday. Went and had my Upper GI done yesterday. I have to admit that I have lived a good long life without ever having that experience and if I ever have to do it again it will be too soon. That barrium is foul tasting no matter what they say . A required evil I suppose if I want to do this right. But, now we are on to the good stuff. Surgery is only 3 weeks from yesterday. I am starting to get nervous now but think it is only a matter of mind over matter and I shall be fine. We will see. I finish the pre-op requirements next Tuesday and then there is nothing left but the waiting Will keep you all posted on progress. I have to say thanks to all of you for being here.
