6 month upate

78 lbs! I have lost a total of 78 lbs. I have not been this weight since my pregnancy in 1989. When I gained 75 lbs and had a 8 lb boy (go figure) I have lost a total of 30 inches and 4 dress sizes Good luck to you all! God Bless Joanne 325/316/248/175
