Appeal Letters

I am currently writing my first appeals letter and need any assistance. In May it will be a year since I decided to have RNY surgery. Now that I have made the appointments seems like the insurance companies are slow to move. Would love any samples or guidance. Post this on the main message board. I know that there are tons of appeal letters available from others. I was denied 3 times but my surgeon did my appeal letters and I got approved. It is the insurance company game to turn you down, just be persistent! Jen
