Anyone here drink Propel water post-op? I know it has some sugar, but a very small amount. Does it work for you?

I lived on Propel before surgery and was worried about drinking it afterwards too. Everyone said things taste differently post op, and good ol' Propel is the only thing I don't like anymore. I don't dump on it or anything, it's just too sweet for me now. All you can do is give it a try.

Susan! If you have a WalMart/Sam's club around, check to see if they have FulFill, it is sugar free and its just like Propel!   I can't live without it!  Wild Berry is my favorite and it always seems to be the one that sales out most! ~T

My doctor actually told me I should drink it post op because it has more vitamins etc than just regular water. I just couldn't stomach it right after surgery. There was something about it, like it was thick or something. If he was pushing it, I would say it's 100% OK for post op!!

I love propel waters!!!  Since it's borderline high in sugars, I just dilute it 1/2 propel and 1/2 water.  This way its not so sweet for me.  Grape is my favorite!   Jillybean

I drink it with no problem. Sometimes I also add my GNC Liquid Protein to it. Sometimes I also get the kind with calcium added. Sandy

Propel is the only water I can drink. I could not drink regular water at all - it actually hurt. MY nut. suggested I do 1/2 water and propel. I live on the stuff.

Propel is good, but I have found Fulfill (at WalMart) which is sugar free so it is less sweet to me.  I can get all my water in throughout my day by using those packets.  Not to mention it is less expensive than Propel.  I haven't been able to find FulFill anywhere else but at WalMart.  It has the same vitamins also as Propel.  Wild Berry is my favorite!!!!

My surgeon recommended Propel right from the start.  I had no problems with it. :)
