Pain meds?

First of all i was at my parents all weekend and didn't get online. I felt really deprived! I missed you all so much!  Anyways here is my question. When you guys have headaches what do you take for pain medicine that works well with the pouch? Just wondering because i had a bad headache today and didnt know what to do because i was at work!

Tylenol is what I use now - I used to use excedrin migraine, but it has so much caffeine!

I've been using Liquid Tylenol. I takes about 3 sips for me to get down the adult dose (1oz), but it works really fast and takes my headaches away without disturbing my pouch. Elaine    *hugs*
