I was just wondering if anyone knew about some good already made protein shakes?  I have bought some but I think the calories are too high.  The low carb slimfast has 190 cal, 6gram fat , and 20 grams of protein.  any sugestions?

If you like coffe you can get Achieve One from bariatriceating.com these are very good and taste like coffee. Also Advantedge has pre-made proetin at Walmart, Micelar milk good on it's own or mixed with other things also avail at bariatriceating.com

I like the AndvantEdge Carb Control Shakes at Wal-mart.  I plan to use these when I start on liquid diet.  I also like the Sylvester Stallone Protein puddings found at netrition.com or instone.com (they are higher priced on instone)

If cost isn't the problem I'd go with premade. However, you will save a lot of money by making your own. That is why I suggested Unjury. It's like 50 cents per serving.

Syntrax Nectar isn't premade, but it mixes super easy with water.  I keep scoops in baggies and dump in half a bottle of water, shake, and drink!  Depending on where you purchase it, it's about $.80/serving for 93cals and 23g protein.  I've found that most of the premades tend to be higher in calories and I'd rather eat mine than drink them if I had the chance!
