Last nite I tried a new kind of Crystal Light -- Cherry Pomegranate.  It was yummy and was really going down good ... had two big glasses of it through the course of the evening.  This morning my BMs were VERY watery and had a strange orange color.  At first I was worried could be blood ... but then I remembered how the Crystal Light has colored my tongue and mouth badly.  Could it simply be from the Crystal Light?  Can anyone else speak from experience?

Foods or drinks can have food coloring in them that can affect your stool color. My mom used to make a Red Velvet cake for my birthday every year. This cake had 2 small vials of red food coloring in it to make the cake a real red color. BM's took on a "reddish glow" for a couple of days until the cake was gone.  Don't drink that flavor today, and see if there is a color change over the next day.

Hey girlie!  No worries, remember our bodies are relearning how to digest everything we eat. How's it going?  I'm sooooo tired of liquids I finally gave in and added tofu to my hot and sour and egg drop soups.  LOL  I did well with it so it's another suggestionto get your protein. Luv ya Loser!!!!!!! Dana

Hiya, loser!  You doin' well? My surgeon's protocol is different, so I've been on soft/mashable foods since about day 3.  Agree on the tofu ... it's pretty easy to tolerate.  Chicken (chewed to death) is working REALLY well for me, as is crab and just about any kind of fish.  Eggs and cottage cheese are the bomb, too. Tried some refried beans ... tasted great, went down well, but MAN was I stinkin' the place up that day!!
