How long before you could eat a salad?
Wouldnt salad fall under the "raw veggies"??
I was allowed soft fruits/veggies after 2 weeks post-op, at 2 months I was cleared for 'normal eating' and added salads into my diet. I still eat a salad daily.

Salads are still hard for me... any raw veggies just don't sit right.... I do love a salad every now and then though and just try to put alot of protein on it and take a only small bites of the other stuff.

My Dr and NUT said not till 3 months. But I have tried it sooner and I was fine. I dont do well with tomatoes though.
I add some grilled chicken and some cheese so I used less sald. For dressing I use a lil olive oil and some vinegar, hint of basil, oregano, parsley, salt and peper and a hint of dryed mint leaves if I have them handy.
