Halfway to goal @ 12 weeks post op!

Wow Terri!  That is alot of water!  I am hoping to get my intake over 100 oz a day.  BTW, you look awesome!  I have been holding back going "gung ho" at the gym until I hit 199.  I am only 11 pounds away from "gym time" so look for me to be some competition for you in a couple of months.  I am athletically built and my body loves weight lifting.  Can I hit you up for some pointers after I get started?

I'd really suggest a personal trainer for at least a few weeks to help you get started.  Then, check in with them again for a few sessions every 4-5 months to help you mix things up a little.  Remember to start slow and ease into it.
