I was pleasantly surprised. I thought they would be disgusting, but they have a nice subtle flavor. I ordered more the other day. I would recommend trying any of this stuff before buying. This sample pack is a great deal.

I looked at the link, and these appear to be shakes, correct? Do they have bar sample packs too? My wife had a RNY revision in July, 2007, hates shakes, and I'm trying to find a good protein bar for her to take to work or eat at home. Do these sample packs come in bars too? DAVE
