Okay, I don't have much of a BEFORE and After History... but I'll post my current progress...

(These are just face shots!!... and yes! I know I desperately need to re-dye my hair... it's a mess!)

... but before I do... to all of you who posted the photos already... you all look great!! I hope I am as sucessful as all of you in a years time!!

Okay First, the classic (you know you've all done it at some point) "hiding my extra chin" shot!

and then the one I just took with my webcam... notice NO extra chin... and no need to hide!! Please, try to fail to notice my lack of make-up! I'm lazy today. We went pumpkin' huntin with our daughter today (looking for Charlie Brown's Great Pumpkin!)... and the pumkins don't care if I wear make up.

What a wonderful idea. It is inspiring to see all the amzing transformations. It makes me want to buckle down and work on those last 20 pounds! It is hard posting the before shots. I hardly remember that girl. It actually makes me sad to see what I had done to myself.

Hey, can I play? I finally found a picture I can sorta use!

Here I am 2 months post-op - August 2006 - ('cuz pre-op, I hid from the camera). I was about 45 pounds down from my high/surgery weight of 298 (so, like 253)

And here I am about 2 years after that - August 2008 - dressed up for a night out, down about 146 pounds to 152.

I'm still trying to find pre-op pictures. I know somebody's gotta have a few of me stored electronically somewhere!
