Seriously folks, hold on a second here.  When MaryLaw or FastFingers post their Devotion of the Day or Atheist/Agnostic Quote of the day, everyone generally tends to leave them alone.  So Blessed One posted something along the same lines, and clearly started the thread to "my brothers and sisters in Christ."

Why does everyone have to jump in and slam her post?  How is her post any different from MaryLaw or FastFingers?  Why can someone else not expect to receive the same level of respect?

And to see an OH Mod on here joining in the fun just puts the icing on the cake.  Kathy, I have lost a tremendous amount of respect for you.

Because it's not religious so much as it's political.  Should have been to her brothers and sisters in politics. 

Yet the majority of the responses were slams against religion, not about politics...

When someone uses G-d to advance their own agenda, I get irked....maybe others do to?
